What is Chunky?
Chunky is a plugin or mod that allows you to create certain parts of a world in advance, which helps avoid delays when the world is created during gameplay.
Getting Started & Installation
Get the version of Chunky for the software you use on your server like Spigot, Paper, Forge and others.
Use the File Manager in your server control panel.

Go to the plugins or mods folder. Add the file you downloaded.
Restart your server so the configuration files can be generated.
Configuring & Starting Pre-Generation
Type these commands one after another in the server console:
Chunky world world. This sets the place to the overworld (useworld [name]to choose Nether or End).Chunky center 0 0. This sets the starting point to0 0.Chunky radius 5000. This sets how around the center to create (like 5000 blocks).Chunky Start. This starts the generating process.
Essential Commands
Chunky stop: This stops everything completely.Chunky pause: This makes the creating process stop.Chunky continue: This starts the creating process again after it was stopped.Chunky silent: This stops the messages from showing in the console.
Important Considerations
Storage Space: Making big areas takes a lot of space on your drive (like 5 GB, for a 6,000 block area). Use a world size calculator to find out how much you need.
Time Needed: How long it takes depends on the size you choose and your servers strength. It can take hours or even days.
Conclusion
When you use Chunky to make your world in advance you stop delays while playing. Adjust the size to fit your servers space and power.
