We bill relay plans monthly, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Paid plans can send 12% past the monthly allowance before sending stops. The free plan stops at 3,000 emails. Every new relay starts with a small hourly limit, which rises as you build a clean sending history, or sooner if you ask. If you send more than a million emails a month, contact us for a custom plan.
