Issue Description: My server is currently stuck with the status "Installing". When I try to click Start or Kill, I get a popup saying "Action In Progress." > Key Details:
-The console shows "Installation completed successfully in 51s," but the status doesn't change to Offline.
-The directory appears to be empty even though the logs show 4.8 GB of data was extracted.
-This happened after I issued a /restart command in-game which failed because start.sh was missing.
-I've tried refreshing the page and clicking "Kill," but nothing works.
