Stuck on connecting

So, I open the server on the website, and its now stated that its 'running'. Even on the console it says: "marked as running". Now, when I try to go and join that server in my game, it gets stuck on connecting to server, then it shows a text that says: "Failed to connect to server. The server failed to start or is still starting. This can happen if the server takes longer than expected to start up. Please wait a minute and try reconnecting." Even when the server has been running for longer than 5 minutes. Is there any way I can get help with this?
