Hi Support Team,
I am unable to manage my server because the control panel throws a "power action failed" error whenever I try to start or restart it. It seems like the underlying host node is frozen or unresponsive.
I tried emailing support to report this, but the email bounced back immediately as undeliverable. Could a system administrator look into my node status and reset the power actions?
