Neither FTP nor Web Interface works.
Trying to view files in the web interface, it just shows an empty main directory.
FTP refuses a connection with "wrong password", despite that being entered correctly. Clearing and retrying does not fix this.
We kinda need to access the files from time to time for #1: Getting our files for backup copies or moving the server #2: Changing configurations for events on our schedule #3: Updating plugins as our own made for fixing issues on that
