My server got randomly deleted.

The server got randomly deleted, all files form file manager got deleted. It shows 'Power Action Failed Failed to execute power action. Please try again.' I hope my world gets recovered, and i cant even contact their actual support cuz thats only for paying customer. I guess the server weren't "reliable" afterall. Switching back to aternos.
