Hello Support Team,

I am having trouble with my MySQL database. My Minecraft server (LuckPerms) cannot connect to the database host. I have checked the following details:

  1. Database Host: 191.96.231.2

  2. Issue: When I check the port status, it says Port 3306 is CLOSED.

  3. Symptoms: I cannot connect via DBeaver from my local PC (Request Timed Out), and my Minecraft server log shows "SQLTransientConnectionException".

  4. Panel Issue: I am also unable to create a new database from the hosting panel.

Could you please check if the MySQL Node is down or if there is a firewall blocking my access?

Thank you.
