how do you import worlds

i have a world of an aternos server with friends where we are very advanced, i keep trying to upload the .zip filew via sftp with winscp AND filezilla, however when i tried to unzip it i get a wierd error. also i tried to upload the world folder itself and it kept saying that there is an error uploading files of the "region" folder and the DIM1 folder. is there any other way? also when im done importing this files i try to start it and it crashes and doesnt start, and when i restart all and leave the clean instalation via the integrated tools in the configuration tab (destructive mode) and in the file tab it shows empty and i try to start and it crashes after writing this i noticed that the console tab keeps on the connecting step
