Datapacks deleted from server

I had several datapacks installed on my world, however when I joined earlier today they were all gone and any item pertaining to them was gone from my world. The last time I played I noticed no issues and all the datapacks were working correctly. Checking the only log saved it says the files were missing when I launched the server this morning, so the files were deleted within the last few days. I'd like to find out why and how this happened as well as if possible restore a backup of my world.
