Hello
I am running a Paper Minecraft server on the free plan, and I'm having an issue with player IP addresses. In the server console, every single player who joins shows up with the exact same IP (the hosting's local node IP) instead of their current real IP.
I tried fixing this by changing 'proxy-protocol' to true inside my paper-global.yml file, but when I do that, the server rejects all incoming connections with a timeout error. When I switch it back to false, players can join again, but the IPs are masked.
Since the ticket system is premium-only, I was wondering if any staff member or advanced user could help me out. Is it possible to get the Proxy Protocol enabled for my container/port on the hosting's DDoS protection side, or is there any other workaround for free plan users to see real player IPs?
Server address: rodritiktook359.mcsh.io
Thank you!
